Georgian Bees

2 oz Georgian Bay Gin
3/4 oz Five-Spice Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon

Chill a cocktail glass with ice and set aside. Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice then shake around 20 seconds. Remove ice from the glass and strain shaker contents into the chilled glass then garnish with a lemon zest after releasing the oils and rimming the glass.

FIVE SPICE HONEY

2 tablespoon star anise
2 tablespoon fennel
2 tablespoon cardamom
2 tablespoon cloves
2 cinnamon stick
4 cups honey
1 cup water

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook until reduced, about 20 minutes.

Northeastern Arm

1 oz Georgian Bay Gin
3/4 oz Cynar
3/4 oz Campari

Garnish with orange oil and zest after stirring all three ingredients at least 20 seconds in a mixing glass. Strain over fresh ice or one king cube.

Espresso Cocktail

1 oz Georgian Bay Vodka
.5 oz Kahlua
2 dash espresso bitters
One shot of espresso
Drop of cream

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 20 seconds, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a half of one grated espresso bean (use a microplane).

Cottage Smash

2 oz Georgian Bay Gin
2 Tablespoon Demerara sugar
2 Tablespoon Grapefruit Juice
5 Sprigs Fresh Mint

Dissolve the sugar in the juice by swirling the mixing glass like a sommelier would a nice Barolo, then add all other ingredients with a half cup of ice and shake until you can no longer shake. Strain all contents directly into a rocks (beginner) or collins glass (expert). Garnish with berries from the farmers market.

King’s Highway

3/4 oz Georgian Bay Gin
3/4 oz Italian Brandy
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Fine strain liquid into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon zest.

Chandelier

1 oz Georgian Bay Gin
.5 oz Strega
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz Fresh Lemon
2 dash lemon bitters
Prosecco

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker except Prosecco, fill with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain liquid into a chilled cocktail glass and top with Prosecco.

Apple Fire Pit

1.5 oz Georgian Bay Vodka
.5 oz Calvados
2 oz Apple Cider
.5oz Fresh Lemon

Add ingredients to a shaker and shake 20 seconds, strain into an old fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a small cinnamon stick.

Sole Aperitivo

1.5 oz Georgian Bay Vodka
.5 oz Aperol
1 oz Orange Juice
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with Orange wheel

Fill a wine glass with ice and build first three ingredients, top with Prosecco and top with orange wheel.

The Georgian Mule!

2oz Georgian Bay Vodka
1/2oz Pama Pomegranate Liquor
1/2oz Fresh Lime
Top with Ginger Beer (We recommend Fever-Tree​)

Add first three ingredients to a mule cup or old-fashioned glass and fill with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Serve with lime wheel.

The Cosmonaut

1.5 oz Georgian Bay Vodka
.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz Cranberry Shrub
.5 oz fresh lime

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake 20 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a leftover cranberry OR a grapefruit zest.

FOR THE SHRUB
1 cup cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 fresh sage leaves

Place cranberries in a clean mason jar and muddle until they are no longer solid. Add sugar to the cranberry mixture, seal the jar and shake until the contents are well mixed together. Let sit overnight. Add the apple cider vinegar and sage leaves, shake well again and let the jar sit for 24 hours. Strain the solids and transfer the liquid to a clean bottle. The shrub can last up to 6 months if stored in the fridge. Shrubs can also be purchased from BYOB and other cocktail specialty stores online.
