0.5oz Dry Vermouth

Three ingredients – how hard can it be, right? This cocktail is all about finesse. Get it right and you instantly have some cocktail cred.
Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Fill a shaker with ice. Add Georgian Bay Gin and dry vermouth (go slightly less than .5oz of vermouth if you like your martinis really dry or slightly more if you like them wet). Give everything a good shake and then strain contents into the martini glass. Put three pimiento stuffed olives on a toothpick or skewer and slip into the martini.
