Three ingredients – how hard can it be, right? This cocktail is all about finesse. Get it right and you instantly have some cocktail cred.
Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Fill a shaker with ice. Add Georgian Bay Gin® and dry vermouth (go slightly less than .5oz of vermouth if you like your martinis really dry or slightly more if you like them wet). Give everything a good shake and then strain contents into the martini glass. Put three pimiento stuffed olives on a toothpick or skewer and slip into the martini.
