1oz Georgian Bay Gin®
1oz Earl Grey Tea Syrup*
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White Dash of Cinnamon
Garnish: 3 Dots of Angostura® bitters

Our newest cocktail at the Keg is a seasonal sipper that is sure to please. To begin, chill a cocktail glass with ice and set aside. Add all the ingredients except bitters to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 45 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add a half scoop of ice to the shaker and continue shaking another 20 seconds. Discard ice from the cocktail glass and fine strain the drink. Garnish with three dots of Angostura bitters and create a playful pattern with a toothpick.
*Bring 1 cup of water to a boil then add earl grey tea and sugar. Let sit for 30 minutes the refrigerate before using. Bottle and keep for next time!
