You don’t have to ask us twice if we’d want to enjoy a healthy(ish) cocktail! Crafting the perfect cocktail is all about balance. Whether it’s the balance of flavours or balance of ‘better-for-you’ ingredients.

When we first sipped on Collingwood Kombucha’s tasty elixirs, we knew they’d be the perfect ingredient for cocktails! Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add your favourite Georgian Bay spirit or Smash and you’ve got some mighty tasty cocktails.
