• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 2oz Georgian Bay Gin
• 1 egg white
• Sapsucker, The Lemon One
• Ice
• Garnish with lemon wheel

Steps:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add simple syrup, lemon juice, gin, and egg white
2. Give it a dry shake, then add ice and shake again
3. Strain over coupe glass and top with Sapsucker
4. Garnish with lemon wheel
