Banana Bread Espresso Martini

Ingredients

1.5 oz banana-infused, Georgian Bay Vodka
1.5 oz espresso
0.5 oz Kahlua
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Garnish:

Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Banana infused vodka: slice up a banana that is not too ripe, add vodka and bananas to a glass or mason jar and cover for at least two days. Strain and remove bananas from vodka and it is ready to go!
  2. Add all ingredients except cinnamon to shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled stem glass.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon and enjoy!
