Canadian Caf-Eh

Inspired by the famous Irish Coffee that focuses on comfort and warmth, this Canadian themed variation using maple syrup compliments the caramel flavours of our whisky for a slightly-sweetened sipper.


1.5 oz Georgian Bay Whisky
4 oz Freshly brewed coffee or espresso, hot
2 oz Heavy cream
0.25-0.5 oz Dark Maple Syrup
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg

Toddy Glass


  1. Using a toddy glass or your favourite mug, add your desired amount of maple syrup and 1.5oz of Georgian Bay Whisky.
  2. Top with freshly brewed hot coffee or espresso.
  3. In a shaker tin, dry shake (no ice) 2oz of heavy cream/whipping cream for roughly 30 seconds.
  4. Gently layer the whipped cream over the surface of the drink using a bar spoon/spoon, garnish with freshly grated nutmeg. Serve immediately and enjoy!
