Citrus Mule

Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add Georgian Bay Vodka™ and you’ve got a mighty tasty cocktail.


1.5 oz Georgian Bay Vodka™
1 oz Orange juice
0.5oz Lemon juice
Fresh ginger
Collingwood Kombucha - Just Ginger

Rocks Glass


  1. In a shaker tin, gently muddle a few slices of ginger.  Add in the remainder of the ingredients, except for the kombucha, and shake on ice for 8 seconds.
  2. Strain in to a rocks glass, and fill the glass with ice.
  3. Top it up with the Collingwood Kombucha - Just Ginger and garnish with candied ginger. Serve and enjoy!
