1.5 oz Georgian Bay Vodka™
0.75oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
3 Dots Angostura® Bitters
Garnish: Freshly Grated Grapefruit

Don’t let the egg white scare you – it’s going to add some nice texture to your cocktail. To begin, chill a cocktail glass with ice and set aside. Add all the ingredients except bitters to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 45 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add a half scoop of ice to the shaker and continue shaking another 20 seconds. Discard ice from the cocktail glass and fine strain the drink. Garnish with three dots of Angostura® bitters and create a playful pattern with a toothpick.
