Georgian Bay Fog cocktail uses Georgian Bay Gin

.75oz Georgian Bay Gin®
0.75 Pernod®
Garnish: Wedge of Orange

Glass Type: Low-Ball

Chill a low-ball glass in the freezer for 5 minutes or so. Fill with crushed, frappe-style ice. Add Georgian Bay Gin®, then the Pernod. Gently stir and serve. Maybe even try speaking French – Tres Bien!

Take it to the next level by adding Georgian Bay Gin®, Pernod® and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and then stain into a chilled martini glass. Classy!

Crushed ice, or frappe ice, requires a bit of elbow grease. Put ice cubes into a freezer bag or wrap with a clean cloth, then smash with a mallet or rolling pin a few times. Smash carefully! Congratulations, you now have crushed ice! You can also use a blender to pulse.
