This cocktail is a simple variation of the classic Gin Sour (gin, lemon, sugar) that uses honey instead of sugar, giving the cocktail a slightly richer profile.
|2oz||Georgian Bay Gin®|
|1oz||Fresh lemon juice|
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake on ice for 8 seconds.
- Strain in to a coupe glass.
- Express a twist of lemon over the cocktail to release the oils, garnish with the used lemon twist. Serve and enjoy!
