Espresso Cocktail with coffee bean garnish uses Georgian Bay Vodka

1oz Georgian Bay Vodka™
0.5oz Kahlúa®
2 Dashes Espresso Bitters
1 Espresso Shot (1oz)
1 Drop of Cream
Garnish: 3 Espresso Beans (Grate half of one on top)

Take the express train to chill town with this silky smooth and sophisticated cocktail. To start, chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice then shake for 20 seconds. Fine strain liquid into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a half of one grated espresso bean using a micro-plane. Drop a few beans on top and serve. You should probably drink this one by a roaring fire.
