|1.5oz||Georgian Bay Gin|
|2 dashes||Vanilla bitters|
|1oz||milk (dairy or dairy-free work)|
Whipped cream with ground nutmeg
- How to make ginger syrup -Ginger Syrup: in a sauce pan add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar, and dissolve over medium heat. On a lower simmer, add in ginger and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain out ginger, allow to chill
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled stem glass, garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg, and enjoy!
