Gingerbread Martini

Gingerbread isn't just for cookies. Try this holiday treat martini crafted by our Spirits Ambassador as part of '12 Smashing Cocktails'


1.5oz Georgian Bay Gin
2 dashes Vanilla bitters
0.5oz ginger syrup
1oz Cream liqueur
1oz milk (dairy or dairy-free work)


Whipped cream with ground nutmeg




  1. How to make ginger syrup -Ginger Syrup: in a sauce pan add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar, and dissolve over medium heat. On a lower simmer, add in ginger and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain out ginger, allow to chill
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled stem glass, garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg, and enjoy!
