Haskaps on the Bay

Crafted in partnership with Collingwood Kombucha Company. Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add Georgian Bay Gin® and you’ve got a mighty tasty cocktail.


1.5 oz Georgian Bay Gin®
0.75 oz Maraschino cherry syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
3 dashes Grapefruit bitters
Collingwood Kombucha - Hops and Haskaps

  1. In a rocks glass muddle some maraschino cherries along with the syrup.
  2. Add in ice, Georgian Bay Gin®, lime juice, grapefruit bitters, and top with Collingwood Kombucha - Hops and Haskaps
  3. Give everything a stir and garnish with cherries. Enjoy
