1.5 oz Georgian Bay Gin®
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Pineapple juice
0.5 oz Black charcoal syrup**

  1. In a shaker tin add in Georgian Bay Gin® , cilantro, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and black charcoal syrup.
  2. Add in ice and shake for 8 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and top up with Collingwood Kombucha - Black Lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wheel, serve and enjoy!
