Smashed Chai

Crafted in partnership with Collingwood Kombucha Company. Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add Georgian Bay Smashed Tea and you’ve got a mighty tasty cocktail.


1.5 oz Georgian Bay Smashed Tea™
0.5 oz Triple sec
0.5 oz Aperol 
2 dashes Cardamom bitters
Collingwood Kombucha - Chaga Chai


Orange Zest


Rocks Glass


  1. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Top with Collingwood Kombucha - Chaga Chai and give it a gentle stir to combine ingredients. Garnish with an orange twist, serve and enjoy!.
