Smashed Chai
Crafted in partnership with Collingwood Kombucha Company. Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add Georgian Bay Smashed Tea and you’ve got a mighty tasty cocktail.
Ingredients
1.5 oz | Georgian Bay Smashed Tea |
0.5 oz | Triple sec |
0.5 oz | Aperol |
2 dashes | Cardimom bitters |
Collingwood Kombucha - Chaga Chai |

Instructions
- In a rocks glass combine all ingredients with ice and top with kombucha and garnish with an orange zest.
