Smashed Chai

Crafted in partnership with Collingwood Kombucha Company. Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add Georgian Bay Smashed Tea and you’ve got a mighty tasty cocktail.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Georgian Bay Smashed Tea
0.5 oz Triple sec
0.5 oz Aperol 
2 dashes Cardimom bitters
Collingwood Kombucha - Chaga Chai

Garnish:

Orange Zest

Glass:

Rocks Glass

Instructions

  1. In a rocks glass combine all ingredients with ice and top with kombucha and garnish with an orange zest.
