Spice Is Right

Kick things up a notch with this refreshing fall sipper! This recipe is easy to make and enjoy. Combining Georgian Bay Whisky, the spice of ginger beer, fresh apple cider, lemon juice and bitters.


2 oz Georgian Bay Whisky
2 oz Freshly Pressed Apple Cider
1 Can or Bottle Ginger Beer (do not substitute with ginger ale)
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters


Apple slice and star anise (optional)


Collins Highball


  1. Combine Georgian Bay Whisky, apple cider, lemon juice and Angostura bitters in a Collins glass.
  2. Add ice to the glass and top with ginger beer. (do not use ginger ale, as flavours will not be the same)
  3. Gently stir to combine ingredients, garnish with an apple slice and star anise. Serve and enjoy!
