Strawberry Basil Smash

Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add Georgian Bay Vodka™ and you’ve got a mighty tasty cocktail.


1.5 oz Georgian Bay Vodka™
1 oz Apple juice
Muddled kiwi
Collingwood Kombucha - Strawberry Apple


Collins Highball


  1. In a Collins glass, toss in a few slices of kiwi with the peel removed, as well as the basil and muddle a few times.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients. Add ice.
  3. Give it a stir so you can see the kiwi and basil throughout the drink.
  4. Add in your favourite reusable straw and garnish with a sprig of basil.
