The G & Tea

Our newest cocktail at the Keg is a seasonal sipper that is sure to please.


1oz Georgian Bay Gin
1oz Earl Grey tea syrup
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
1 Egg white
1 Dash of cinnamon


3 drops of Angostura® bitters




  1. Add all the ingredients except bitters to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  2. Add a half scoop of ice to the shaker and continue shaking another 8 seconds.
  3. Fine strain in to a coupe glass, garnish with three drops of Angostura® bitters and create a playful pattern with a toothpick. Serve and enjoy!
