The G & Tea
Our newest cocktail at the Keg is a seasonal sipper that is sure to please.
Ingredients
1oz | Georgian Bay Gin® |
1oz | Earl Grey tea syrup* |
0.5oz | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | Egg white |
1 | Dash of cinnamon |
Garnish:
3 drops of Angostura® bitters

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except bitters to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add a half scoop of ice to the shaker and continue shaking another 8 seconds.
- Fine strain in to a coupe glass, garnish with three drops of Angostura® bitters and create a playful pattern with a toothpick. Serve and enjoy!
