1oz Earl Grey Tea Syrup*
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White Dash of Cinnamon
Garnish: 3 Dots of Angostura® bitters

Our newest cocktail at the Keg is a seasonal sipper that is sure to please. To begin, chill a cocktail glass with ice and set aside. Add all the ingredients except bitters to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 45 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add a half scoop of ice to the shaker and continue shaking another 20 seconds. Discard ice from the cocktail glass and fine strain the drink. Garnish with three dots of Angostura® bitters and create a playful pattern with a toothpick.
*Bring 1 cup of water to a boil then add earl grey tea and sugar. Let sit for 30 minutes the refrigerate before using. Bottle and keep for next time!
