1 1/2 oz Georgian Bay Gin
1 oz peach nectar
1/2 oz honey syrup
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. full-fat plain Greek yogurt
For the honey syrup, simply combine 1/4 cup honey with 1/4 cup water in a saucepan and bring to a slow boil until the honey dissolves (approx. 3 minutes).
For the cocktail, combine gin, peach juice, Campari, honey syrup, lemon juice and yogurt in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds, then strain into a collins glass or low ball filled with ice. Garnish with a basil leaf or sprig of mint.
