The Royal Hibiscus
Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add Georgian Bay Vodka™ and you’ve got a mighty tasty cocktail.
Ingredients
1 oz | Georgian Bay Vodka™ |
0.5 oz | Vanilla liqueur |
0.5 oz | lime juice |
Sparkling wine | |
Collingwood Kombucha - Lime & Hibiscus |

Instructions
- In a shaker tin add all ingredients except sparkling wine and kombucha.
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coup glass.
- Top your cocktail with a splash of sparkling wine and Lime & Hibiscus Kombucha until desired level on the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
