The Royal Hibiscus

Kombucha has so many characteristics that translate well to cocktails: acid (since it’s quite tart), a little sugar, and a little fizz. Just add Georgian Bay Vodka™ and you’ve got a mighty tasty cocktail.


1 oz Georgian Bay Vodka™
0.5 oz Vanilla liqueur
0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
Sparkling wine
Collingwood Kombucha - Lime & Hibiscus

  1. In a shaker tin add all ingredients except sparkling wine and kombucha.
  2. Shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain into a chilled coup glass.
  3. Top your cocktail with a splash of sparkling wine and Lime & Hibiscus Kombucha. Garnish with a lime wheel, serve and enjoy!
