Try, Try Again
Inspired by the Dairy Farmers of Ontario. This yogurt-based cocktail is a fun twist on a tiki drink.
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon unsweetened Greek yogurt
6-8 mint leaves
1 oz orgeat syrup (for those with nut allergies, we created a substitute made with simple syrup, a dash of orange blossom water and a splash of vanilla liqueur)
1 oz sake
1 oz vodka
Chill coupe glass.
Add all ingredients into a shaker.
Shake hard for 30 seconds to a minute then double strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish with crushed rose petals.
