Ingredients
1.5oz | Georgian Bay Gin® |
1oz | Apple cider |
0.75oz | Lemon juice |
0.5oz | Simple syrup |
1 | Egg white |
0.5oz | Red wine |
1 tsp | Pumpkin pie spice |
Garnish:
Red wine drizzle
Glass:

Rocks Glass
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except red wine, to a shaker tin and dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker, and continue shaking another 8 seconds.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass, and fill the glass with ice. Drizzle red wine over the top. Leave it as is or add a spooky garnish on the side. Serve and enjoy!
